At least 15 killed in Baghdad blasts: officials

A series of car and roadside bombs in Shiite areas of the Iraqi capital killed at least 15 people on Sunday, security and medical officials said.The blasts, the latest incidents in a spike in violence, come as the country grapples with nearly two months of anti-government protests and a festering political crisis.
