Army reports 16 PKK militants killed in air operations

A total 16 outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) militants were killed on Nov. 5 in the Yüksekova district of southeastern Hakkari province during ongoing aerial operations, Turkey’s General Staff has stated.“In addition to 15 terrorists killed on Nov. 4 in the ongoing operations targeting the separatist terrorist organization [PKK] in Yüksekova, 16 more terrorist were killed in aerial operations targeting the spotted terrorist targets,” read the statement issued on the General Staff’s website.
