Workshop on Ramadan dishes starts
The International Culinary and Hospitality Academy is hosting a workshop on how to make delicious recipes from Turkish cuisine well-suited to the holy Ramadan holiday. The workshop starts at 5 p.m. and tickets are available at Biletix booths. The workshop menu includes cold pepper soup, pita with zahter (a Middle Eastern blend of herbs and spices), as well as relishes from Ottoman cuisine like Sultan’s delight (Hünkar Beğendi) and chocolate coated güllaç, a traditional Ramadan dessert. The workshop is guided by Chef Kohan Büyüksuda.
