Two killed in post local election violence in Turkey

A verbal argument between the supporters of two rival village headmen candidate turned bloody when unidentified persons fired shots killing two and injuring 13 others.
Increased security measures have been implemented in the district to prevent further violence, the agency reported.
A total of 13 people were killed and 112 others were injured in election-related violence in Turkey since Sunday, according to Dogan News Agency.
On Sunday, more than 48 million registered voters cast their ballots at 177,050 polling stations around the country to elect mayors as well as city and provincial assemblies for 81 city municipalities, including 16 metropolises.
