Offering bids were cooperation between Greek OPAP and DAF A.S., a joint agreement between Turkey's Alarko, Dogus and Fina holdings, and Turkey's Sans Oyunlari Yatirim Holding.

 

Turkey is selling the lottery and granting the new owners a 10-year license to operate the firm and receive 17 percent of its revenues.
