Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu will meet UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in New York to discuss the developments in Syria and suspended peace negotiations in Cyprus, the Anadolu Agency reported Feb. 24.

Davutoğlu will visit New York under his capacity as the term president of the G-20 and will hold talks with international investors. He will also hold private talks with important global investors.

On March 5, Davutoğlu will meet Ki-moon to discuss recent developments in Iraq, Syria and Cyprus. Citing sources from the prime ministry, the Agency said Davutoğlu will only go to New York and there were no plans to hold talks with American officials.
