Turkish PM meets Kurdish MP

ANKARA - Hürriyet Daily News
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will meet Kurdish lawmakers from his ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) on Dec.13, attempting to soothe their concerns over the debate on lifting the immunities of 10 opposition lawmakers.

Erdoğan will attend a breakfast in the AKP headquarters and will hear from AKP lawmakers, some of whom recently raised their voice and vowed to oppose the abolition of the Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) lawmakers’ immunity. The AKP also recently held two similar meetings with Kurdish deputies, party sources told the HDN.
