Turkish minister to leave for Dubai

Turkish Economy Minister Zafer Çağlayan will leave today for Dubai, where he is set to attend the second Annual Investment Meeting. Çağlayan is scheduled to participate in the inauguration session and then a panel discussion to brief the participants about the investment milieu and opportunities in Turkey. Participants will discuss global investment opportunities.
