Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the leader of Turkey’s main opposition, the Republican People's Party (CHP), sent a written message to U.S. President Barack Obama today, extending condolences over the death of the U.S. envoy in Libya, along with three other consulate staff members.

Kılıçdaroğlu expressed his sorrow over the killing of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and the three other diplomatic personnel.

"I would be grateful if you could pass my sincere condolences to the families of Amb. Stevens and other members of your Benghazi staff," Kılıçdaroğlu's message read.

"I would like you to know we condemn all acts of violence in the strongest terms and stand in solidarity against such unacceptable aggressions," the message said.
