Turkey's ambassador to Kuwait dies at 54

Turkish ambassador Hilmi Dedeoğlu died in Kuwait today at age 54 due to problems with his health, officials said. 

Dedeoğlu's body will brought to Turkey with a plane belonging to the office of the prime minister.

Dedeoğlu was born in Istanbul in 1957 and graduated from Boğaziçi
University's public administration department in 1984.

He started to work in the foreign affairs ministry in 1986.

Dedeoğlu worked in Turkish embassies in Buenos Aires, Addis Ababa and Madrid.

He was named ambassador to Kuwait in 2009.
