Turkey gets more technoparks

The total number of technoparks in Turkey will soon rise to 71, Science, Industry and Technology Minister Faruk Özlü has stated.
Two more technoparks, one in the Mediterranean province of Antalya and the other in the Central Anatolian province of Nevşehir, were recently added to the country’s list of technoparks, Özlü told state-run Anadolu Agency on Feb. 2.
Fifteen technoparks are currently under construction, while firms are carrying out R&D and innovation works in 56 out of 71 technoparks at present.
