Turkey condemned on March 26 ballistic missile attacks that struck various cities of Saudi Arabia.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry in a statement condemned the attack from Yemen late on March 26.
“We have learned with concern that seven missile attacks were carried out from Yemen in various cities of Saudi Arabia on the night of March 25,” the statement said.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), media spokesman of Civil Defense in Riyadh, Mohammed al-Hammadi, said the Saudi air defense shot down seven ballistic missiles fired by Yemen’s Houthi militia.
One person died and two others were injured after Yemen shot ballistic missiles at Saudi Arabia’s capital Riyadh late on March 25.
An Egyptian expat died from debris of the ballistic missile, the first death in Riyadh since the country’s military campaign was launched three years ago in Yemen.
