Turkcell, Garanti, Arçelik most-liked

Turkcell’s CEO Süreyya Ciliv (C) accepts his trophy for the most well-liked company in Turkey in 2011, according to an Addeco and Capital magazine study.
Turkcell, Garanti Bank and Arçelik were rated Turkey’s most-liked three firms respectively for 2011, according to a study by Swiss human resources solutions firm Adecco and Capital magazine.These three firms took the lead due to their use of technology and innovation, according to Adecco Turkey’s sales and operations director, Betül Gülmez.
“I do not see Turkey’s dynamism in any other country.… Even five, six years ago we could not imagine such a thing in our sector,” Turkcell’s chief executive officer, Süreyya Ciliv, said during his speech at the awards ceremony.
Ciliv received his award from Rauf Ateş, editor-in-chief of the Capital and Ekonomist magazines.
Doğan Burda magazines group chief executive Mehmet Y. Yılmaz presented Garanti Bank’s award to vice general manager Gökhan Erün.
T-System General Manager Sinan Kılıçoğlu presented Arçelik’s award to Levent Çakıroğlu, the vice general manager.
Service and product quality, customer satisfaction, being a reliable company, management quality/transparency, innovation, financial stability, employee satisfaction, were the main criteria in Adecco and Capital’s most liked company awards.
