Three virtuosos to meet audience at Hagia Irene

Three virtuosos to meet audience at Hagia Irene

A genuine and one-off festival project, the Festival Encounter brings together three young virtuosos, French violinist Gautier Capuçon, German cellist Daniel Müller-Schott and Serbian pianist Vavic, for a delightful night of Haydn, Shostakovich and Brahms. Capuçon was born the youngest of three siblings in Chambéry, Savoie. His brother is the violinist Renaud Capuçon. Müller-Schott was born in Munich in 1976. He has worked with world-renowned conductors such as Vladimir Ashkenazy, Charles Dutoit, Christoph Eschenbach, Kurt Masur, Sakari Oramo and André Previn. Tickets for the concert are available on Bilteix.com.
