The Ravonettes hit Salon IKSV stage

Danish indie rock duo The Ravonettes play Salon İKSV on Dec. 15. The band, consisting of Sune Rose Wagner and Sharin Foo, met in Copenhagen and formed in 2000. Their first album, released in 2002, was called “Whip It On” and was named Best Rock Album of the Year at the Danish Music Awards in 2003. The band was also picked by Rolling Stone and Q Magazine as being among the harbingers of the “Next Wave” of contemporary music. Their much-anticipated sixth album, “Observator,” was released in September and they will be making a stop in Istanbul during their European tour in support of the album. Tickets: 39.50 TL.
