Syrian mother ‘slaps’ Lindsay Lohan after attempt to ‘kidnap’ children
MOSCOW
American actress Lindsay Lohan was slapped by a homeless Syrian refugee mother after she insisted to take away her kids, Turkish media reported on Oct. 1.
Lohan broadcast an Instagram Live story on Sep. 29 from Moscow, showing her talking to a Syrian refugee family in the street.
“You want to come with me? Come with me, I’ll take care of you guys,” she was seen saying to the family, before turning to one of the children: “Do you want to stay in a hotel tonight? Do you want to watch movies? It would be so cool to watch a movie on a TV or a computer.”
After the family refused to let the children go with Lohan, the actress seemed increasingly confrontational.
“You should not have them [your sons] on the floor, you should be a hard-working woman and you should be doing what you [can] for your children, so they have a better life,” she was seen as saying. “I won’t leave until I take you. Now I know who you are. Don’t f*** with me.”
The family initially attempted to walk off down the street before the mother reportedly slapped Lohan.
After the live broadcast ended, hundreds of social media users slammed Lohan for “attempting to kidnap” a homeless family’s children.
