A video showing a Russian “bio-energy specialist” conducting a session to “break a spell” at a private hospital in Antalya has stirred debate among Turkish social media users, prompting the provincial health directorate to note that those involved had left their positions, Doğan News Agency has reported. In the video, a Russian woman, identified as Ludmilla C., states that she will break a spell before hypnotizing a person in the facility’s training room.Ludmilla C. posted the video on April 5 on her Facebook account but deleted it after health authorities were informed about the video.The video stirred a debate on social media, with a number of users describing the incident as a scandal.  The institution released a statement about the incident, saying most of the people who were seen in the video had quit their positions at the hospital, including Ludmilla C.“Previously, this woman also applied to our directorate to give bio-energy training but the directorate stated that such an undertaking could not be conducted due to the lack of a legal framework,” said Antalya Health Director Ünal Hülür.The incident also occurred without the knowledge of hospital officials, according to the statement.
