Spain's high court convicted top judge Baltasar Garzon today in an illegal wiretapping case and suspended him from the legal profession for 11 years, a court official said.Garzon, 56, who won international renown by trying to extradite Chile's former dictator Augusto Pinochet, was found guilty of ordering illegal recordings of conversations between suspects in a corruption case and their lawyers.
