Atomstroyexport bid to supply the grid with electricity from the proposed plant in southern Turkey at 15 cents per kilowatt hour compared with the 21.16 cents it offered on Jan. 19, Sabah reported. Officials are studying the legalities of the bid before responding, the newspaper said.
