Egyptian singer Ghada Ragab is set to release a Turkish album, ‘Özledim.’

Egyptian singer Ghada Ragab is set to release a Turkish album, “Özledim,” which will be in music stores in Turkey in the next few days.

Ragab said she was pleased with the remarks of the Turkish ambassador in Cairo, Hüseyin Avni Botsali, when he said Ragab’s new release had built the most beautiful bridge possible between Turkey and Egypt. Ragab also said she had visited Turkey and saw that there were many things shared by both Turkey and Egypt. On her return to Egypt, she began to learn the Turkish language at the Yunus Emre Culture Center. She also thanked Turkish musicians Selami Şahin and Semih Erdoğan, who helped her create the album. With “Özledim,” Ragab becomes the first Egyptian singer to have released an album in Turkish.
