Project premier online at Borusan’s website

The Borusan Quartet is meeting art enthusiasts with a collection designed by Hatice Gökçe, for the “Feel the Connection” project. The project’s complementary feature, “Connection,” a piece composed by Alper Maral, was premiered at the Borusan Music House on March 29. The video of the premiere can be viewed at Borusan Culture and Arts’ website, www.borusansanat.com, as of 1 April 2012.

“Feel the Connection” is a sequel to the “1 Journey” project of 2010 and draws its inspiration from the connection and the bond between the members of Borusan Quartet, Esen Kıvrak, Olgu Kızılay, Efdal Altun and Çağ Erçağ, who complement each other like the pieces of a puzzle, no matter what their individual differences are.

Fashion designer Hatice Gökçe has created a collection of four different designs for the project, developed by concept designer Berhan Yılmaz. The smart fabric ensures comfort and elegance for the Quartet members and reflects the inspiration taken by Gökçe from the musicians.
