Music of Istanbul in postcards with Şevval Sam

As part of İş Sanat’s concert series “The Music of Istanbul,” Şevval Sam and İncila Bertuğ will be at İş Sanat once more with a very distinctive project that tells stories of old Istanbul and its music through postcards. Aiming to pass down the long forgotten history of Istanbul and its music to young generations, the original project presents the cultural and aesthetic changes in Istanbul through the medium of postcards. The songs interpreted by Şevval Sam will meet the enchanting atmosphere created by İncila Bertuğ’s depiction of composers, poets, anecdotes, reminiscences and photographs, which will all take you on an epic journey to Istanbul’s past.
