Prepared by Executive Chef Giovanni Terracciano and his team, the iftar buffet at AzzuR Restaurant features classic Ramadan sherbet, a wealth of “iftar” appetizers, Ramadan pide bread, savory pastries, cold dishes in olive oil, regional soups, grills and kebabs, Turkish-style mantı ravioli and authentic dishes highlighting the rich heritage of Turkish and Ottoman cuisine, plus all of Ramadan’s sweetest tastes like güllaç, stewed quince and oven-baked pudding. 

And for a refreshing finish to the meal, guests can enjoy the gourmet flavors of Mövenpick ice cream served at the iftar buffet.
