Magnitude 5 earthquake hits Turkey’s west
MUĞLA
A magnitude 5 hit the Aegean province of Muğla late on Nov. 22.
The epicenter of the quake was Muğla’s Ula district and no casualties were reported.
Following the quake, which occurred at a depth of 5 kilometers, at least 30 aftershocks were reported to the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD).
No one was injured but two buildings were damaged due to earthquake, Muğla Governor Esengül Civelek said.
