Galatasaray returns to the Spor Toto Super League with a game against Gençlerbirliği on Dec. 15, days after a glorious European victory.

The Turkish titleholder returns to domestic competition after beating Juventus 1-0 to advance to the next round of the Champions League. The game was played over the course of two days after being postponed due to a heavy snowfall in Istanbul and the Turkish Football Federation then rescheduled the Gençlerbirliği match.

Galatasaray trails runaway leader Fenerbahçe from a nine-point distance.

Also on Dec. 15, second Kasımpaşa hosts third Beşiktaş in the game of the week. Gaziantepspor takes on Kayseri Erciyesspor the same day.

On Dec. 14, Sivasspor takes on Çaykur Rizespor, Sanica Boru Elazığspor plays against Medical Park Antalyaspor, Kayserispor meets Eskişehirspor.

Another team that enjoyed a high in the European competition, Trabzonspor plays against Bursaspor in the Dec. 16, three days after winning its Europa League group with a draw against Lazio.
