Last-minute push for tax amnesty

Mehmet Akif Ulusoy, head of the Revenue Administration, declined to give a figure for how much money has been repatriated so far under the amnesty, which began in November, the Istanbul-based newspaper reported. Under the amnesty Turkey imposes a nominal tax on repatriated assets and pledges not to investigate their origin.
