Kuruçeşme to host stars from June to October

Turkey’s super star Ajda Pekkan is one of the artists to take the stage at Kuruçeşme.

Istanbul’s largest concert area Turkcell Kuruçeşme Arena announced its 2012 event program, which includes many international artists. The 17,000 people venue,  located on the coast of the Bosphorus, will host world renowned stars, including Lenny Kravizt, Tom Jones, Macy Gray, Enrico Macias, Beirut and Jill Scott along with Turkish artists Ajda Pekkan, Kenan Doğulu, Sibel Can, Funda Arar, Sertab Erener, Zülfü Livaneli and many others.

The 2012 program of concerts is as follows:

June 2 - Ozan Çolakoğlu; June 4 – Macy Gray; June 10 Pepe; June 14 – Mazhar Fuat Özkan; June 15 – Sertab Erener; June 20 – Murat Boz; June 23 - Sıla; June 26 – Tom Jones; July 5 – the Fire of Anatolia, July 6 – Sibel Can; July 7 – Funda Arar; July 10 – Zülfü Livaneli; July 12 – Ajda Pekkan; July 17 - Jill Scott; July 18 – Kenan Doğulu; July 26 – Enrico Macias; July 28 – Mustafa Ceceli; Aug. 11 – İnce Saz; Aug. 24 – Gülben Ergen; Aug. 25 – Café Aman Istanbul; Sept. 1 – Yalın; Sept. 15 – Serdar Ortaç; Sept. 21 – Beirut; Oct. 4 – Lenny Kravitz.
