Jam and Crepe Day with Teoman Kumbaracıbaşı

Held at the Skyline Club Lounge overlooking the impressive expanse of modern Istanbul on March 5, the founder of “Teo’s Jams,” Teoman Kumbaracıbaşı, will unveil the secrets behind his Dulce de Leche, green apple and grapefruit jams produced daily in his own kitchen containing no artificial additives or colors and will give guests a chance to enjoy live cooking of his crepes.
In addition to a wide selection of breakfast specialties, the participants may also savor pancakes and waffles to the accompaniment of homemade jams.
