İş Sanat stage to host New Year’s Concert
Işsanat’s New Year’s concert will take place on Dec. 26 with a performance from the Vienna Classical Players.
Performing at prestigious venues at home such as the Vienna Musikverein and Vienna Konzerthaus, the orchestra has also featured in numerous international events abroad in San Marino, Malta, Italy, Turkey, France and Hungary, as well as at the Athens Festival in Greece and at the Ivo Pogorelich Festival in Germany.
The concert promises great waltzes, polkas and marches by the Strauss-Dynasty, Joseph Lanner, Carl Michael Ziehrer, and the most beautiful arias and duets from Viennese operettas by Franz Lehar, Imre Kalman, Carl Millöcker and Robert Stolz.
Classical players on the stage
Directed by the accomplished conductor Martin Kerschbaum, the Vienna Classical Players’ impeccable performance will be accompanied by soprano Brigitta Weltz, baritone Benno Schollum and Vienna Ballet Dancers. In this special evening, Vienne Classical Players will provide an unforgettable evening with the most beautiful tunes of authentic Viennese music.
