Halkbank falls on low dividend

Halkbank dropped 3.8 percent to 3.56 Turkish Liras at the end of the first session at the Istanbul Stock Exchange yesterday. The bank announced it will pay a dividend of 0.20 liras a share. The payment was less than expected, said Gülhan Ovalıoğlu, head of sales at BGC Partners in Istanbul.
