Gov’t to seal collective bargaining deal with 200,000 public workers on July 3: Minister

Müezzinoğlu told reporters in the northwestern province of Bursa that a labor agreement was reached for public workers after a 1.5-month negotiation with a number of union representations, led by the presidency of Türk-İş, one of Turkey’s leading workers’ trade union confederations representing employees in the negotiations.
“We will ink the final collective bargaining deal on Monday with the attendance of our prime minister for nearly 200,000 public workers … Details of the deal will be revealed by our prime minister ahead of the weekly cabinet meeting,” he added.
