A synthesis of hundreds of folkdance figures and music from different regions, Fire of Anatolia will bewitch its Istanbul audience tonight. The performance starts at 9 p.m. at the Turkcell Kuruçeşme Arena and tickets are available at Biletix booths. Fire of Anatolia is a unique project inspired by Anatolia’s ancient mythological and cultural history. Produced by Mustafa Erdoğan, the group hopes to introduce the world to the fire that rises from the ancient mosaic of love, cultural history and peace in Anatolia. With the troupe’s first world tour in 2002 Fire of Anatolia reached art-lovers in 85 countries spread all over the world, from Qatar to Japan, Siberia to United States of America. They have performed for more than 20 million people in the 3,500 performances they’ve given.
