Fenerbahçe Ülker plays its final home game in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague for the season when it hosts defending champion Olympiacos.

Fenerbahçe, 2-10, has been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. Olympiacos, 7-5, is in the heart of the race for a playoff berth, though the Reds must wait until the last matchday in the Top 16 to finalize its fate.

Vassilis Spanoulis scored 15 points and dished five assists to lead the champion to an 82-71 victory in January when the two teams met. Bo McCalebb and Bojan Bogdanovic stood out with 20 points each for Fener, but Bogdanovic, the Top 16’s leading scorer, has missed the last few games to injury.

The battle between two dynamic guards, McCalebb and Spanoulis, dynamic guards will likely be the key to this game. McCalebb has been is great form lately, and along with his team, will be eager to stop a five-game losing streak.

Fenebahçe plays to keep head high

After losing two of its last three games, Olympiacos knows the importance of heating up to make the playoffs.
