Fener, Efes score big Euro wins

Two Turkish teams, Fenerbahçe Ülker and Anadolu Efes, rose to the second spot in their respective Turkish Airlines Euroleague groups after victories on Nov. 1.Fenerbahçe Ülker beat Panathinaikos 73-64 and Anadolu Efes rallied to defeat Caja Laboral 76-64 in the top-level European basketball competition.
Fenerbahçe Ülker improved to 3-1 to be placed behind Real Madrid in the Group A, while Panathinaikos dropped to 2-2.
In Spain, Anadolu Efes stormed back from a 48-30 halftime deficit to stun Caja Laboral with a win, after limiting Laboral to seven points in the third quarter and just nine in the fourth.
Efes improved to 3-1 and sits in second place in Group C with a chance to move into first when it hosts undefeated Zalgiris Kaunas next week.
