Felix Grossschartner wins Tour of Turkey stage 5

Bora Hansgrohe's Felix Grossschartner was the first to finish the stage five of the cycling Tour of Turkey on April 20, despite the bad weather conditions.
Italian Valerio Conti of BAE Emirates came in second and Astana team's Eritrean Merhawi Kudus finished third after riders had to climb the last 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) under windy and rainy weather conditions from the Marmara region province of Bursa to Kartepe town in northwestern province of Kocaeli.
Twenty-five-year-old Australian rider Grossschartner leads general classification with 20h43'9".
The 55th edition of the five-day presidential Tour of Turkey runs through April 21, with 119 cyclists from 17 teams.
Organized by the Turkish Cycling Federation, the Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey debuted in 1963 and became an international race two years later.
