Tomato puree potion

Tomato puree contains high levels of lycopene. You can consume more lycopene in a puree than in an actual tomato. Studies show that this antioxidant can not only help repair sun damage caused by UV rays, but also prevents the decrease of collagens. By protecting the collagens in your skin and increasing the thickness of the skin layer covering fat cells, you can make cellulite, which is caused by fat cells, less visible.

The miracle of water

Consuming 8-10 glasses of water a day provides your body water and thickens the skin, thus lessening skin bumps. Foods with high levels of water also prevent skin dehydration. Fresh fruits and vegetables such as melons, cucumbers and vegetables with green leaves not only contain a lot of water, but also have few calories. Therefore, they help with weight control and the control of cellulite-triggering fat.

Linseed does wonders

Linseed supports estrogen levels and the production of collagen, which is the main material of connective tissue. Add two tablespoons of linseed to your cereal, yogurt, or eat it on its own.
