Pastoral Concerts series which is to run through summer at Topkapı Palace’s garden is starting with Das Kleine KOnzert performance on May 31.

Conducted by Hermann Max, the baroque orchestra Das Kleine Konzert owes its name to an 18th century model, Das Große Konzert, which was founded in Leipzig in 1743. Precise interplay and masterly interpretations distinguish the ensemble just as much as its three dimensional representation of emotions and operatic dramas.
