Curfew declared in Mardin’s Nusaybin district

A curfew has been declared in the Nusaybin district of the southeastern province of Mardin until further notice, the governor’s office has stated.

The Mardin Governor’s Office announced that a curfew has been declared in the entire district so that security forces can fill in ditches and remove barricades erected by the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants.

The curfew will start at 9 p.m. on Nov. 13, the governor’s office added.
