Bundestag passes "circumcision law"

The German Federal Assembly, the Bundestag, approved a draft law on circumcision today.The circumcision law passed in the Bundestag with 434 deputies' approval despite 100 negative votes and 36 abstentions.
The law permits the circumcision of children under proper medical conditions and with the least painful methods without endangering the child's life.
