71 Syrians including soldiers take shelter in Turkey

A total of 71 Syrians, including 10 officers, soldiers and their families took shelter in Turkey on Friday.

Soldiers defecting from the Syrian army and their families entered Turkey via the town of Reyhanlı in the southern province of Hatay. They were transferred to the Apaydın camp under tight security measures.

Meanwhile, the London-based Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) has stated that soldiers of the Syrian regime killed 119 people during attacks staged across Syria yesterday.

Among those killed were 15 children and eight women, the SNHR said.

The Syrian Revolution General Commission (SRGC) has also stated that regime units staged attacks in 114 regions across Syria.
