107 more judges, prosecutors dismissed over Gülen links
ANKARA
Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors (HSYK) Deputy Chairman Mehmet Yılmaz said another 107 judges and prosecutors were dismissed, with two of them alleged to have used ByLock, an encrypted messaging application that came to prominence after it emerged that the Gülen movement used it to communicate with members.
A detention warrant was also issued for the dismissed judges and prosecutors.
The number of dismissed judges and prosecutors as part of the ongoing investigation into the coup attempt has now reached 4,238 with the latest dismissals.
