Parliament’s Constitution Conciliation Commission yesterday agreed to begin drafting the chapter on “legislation” and to get their proposals on the chapter ready by Nov. 5.

The ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) is therefore set to officially introduce its proposal on changing to a presidential system to the Commission as part of its proposals for the chapter.
The commission members from the AKP will hold a

special meeting with constitutional lawyers on the issue tomorrow.
