Adriana Lima comes to act in commercial

Top model Adriana Lima will attend a press conference to be organized by the brand in Istanbul on March 8.

Turkish clothing company Mavi Jeans, which is well-known worldwide, has made a contract with top Brazilian model Adriana Lima for its new series of commercials.

Lima, who has been best known as a Victoria’s Secret angel since 2000, will attend a press conference organized by the company on March 8 and respond to questions from her fans. The questions will be chosen from among those coming via the company’s Twitter account. Among the questions that Twitter users have already submitted are: “Does Adriana know Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ? It would be nice to see them together in the commercial,” and “Why has she already chosen a husband when all the men in the world admire her?”

Lima’s first acting role was the wife, alongside Mickey Rourke and Forest Whitaker, in “The Follow” in 2001.

She is married to Serbian basketball player Marco Jaric. Since 2005, she has ranked in the top five of Forbes’ lists of the 20 highest-earning models in the world, and in 2006 ranked No.99 in the Forbes Celebrity 100.
