For Valentine’s Day the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul will offer a solution for lovers who are short on time but big on romance. 

On Feb. 14, more than 80 flavors and tastes will be offered within the Valentine’s Day Brunch held at Atelier Real Food Restaurant, including various meat varieties slowly cooked in a rotisserie oven, baked organic chicken, a large selection of foreign and local cheeses, fresh fruit juices, homemade breads, fresh pasta and special desserts carefully chosen from the Turkish and French cuisines to whet the appetite.

A special four-course menu awaits couples at the Valentine’s Day’s Dinner, accompanied by soloist Esen and romantic melodies springing from Hazal’s guitar. The nostalgic love songs in DJ Elize’s repertoire will accompany those who want to combine this special evening with the all-time favorites of the 1970s and 1980s at the Bleu Lounge, with its Terrace Bar adaptable to every weather condition in Istanbul. 

Also, a special Valentine’s Day accommodation package for a romantic escapade may be an option. Guests may spend the night in a room with a partial view of the Bosphorus.
