Shoppers have found themselves in shock after seeing an infant leaving feces on a display toilet in the middle of a mall in the Black Sea province of Sakarya.
A Turkish social media user who witnessed the incident took a photo of the toddler and shared it online via his mobile phone.
The photo was reposted several times and went viral in a short period of time.
