A man was manhandled by angry women who were participating in an International Women's Day march in Ankara on March 8.

A small group of demonstrators pelted an electoral campaign office of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) with eggs as the cortege was passing nearby. One man who witnessed the protest was briefly roughed by a few demonstrators after he tried to stop them from carrying out such an act of protest.
